First impressions count and with a dining room as spectacular as Criterions we start on a good note! It is my job to ensure that the first impression stays throughout the whole experience. My personal ethos is that attention to detail and reading the guest are key skills that all of my staff must have. I believe that catering to guest’s individual needs and creating a bespoke service is crucial in ensuring every-one leaves feeling they’ve been part of something special.
