The passion and expertise behind the Criterion's professional relaunch come from a pioneering restaurant operator with a very specific philosophy.

Operating on an International scale, Vins Holdings' main ethos is to build a portfolio based on properties that possess great character and distinction.

After identifying the correct type of establishment, the company sensitively and skilfully maximises the potential of each business by building around its core strengths and attractions.

The Criterion is owned by Irakli Sopromadze and is currently the company's flagship restaurant property. It's easy to understand why.

First impressions count and with a dining room as spectacular as Criterions we start on a good note! It is my job to ensure that the first impression stays throughout the whole experience. My personal ethos is that attention to detail and reading the guest are key skills that all of my staff must have. I believe that catering to guest’s individual needs and creating a bespoke service is crucial in ensuring every-one leaves feeling they’ve been part of something special. To go the extra mile differentiates us from other restaurants, with great food and amazing service we are on to a winner.
